A Learning Facilitator who derives his passion from the ocean of truths that is yet to be discovered. He believes that the charm in life lies in that fact that finite's like us humans make the infinite possible.
He served for 17 years as Professor in Commerce and used these years to teach 'life' to his students through subjects like Business, Accountancy and Management. He had the opportunity of working with the most underprivileged farmers through an NGO in one of the most obscure and remote areas in India. Burnt his fingers in business, taught for another thirteen years in Baldwin Methodist College and then moved on to where he is now - a learning facilitator.
He subjects of passion are Goal Setting, Time Management, Team Building, Interpersonal Skills & Presentation Skills. He has worked extensively on Communication Skills, Assertive skills, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Leadership, Influencing Skills, Etiquette, Interviewing Skills, GD, Finance for non-finance Executives besides Seven Habits, Emotional Intelligence & NLP.
Currently, he works with Corporate, teachers and students with the mission of 'Building People for a Better Tomorrow'. While he completed his graduation from the St. Josephs college of Commerce in Bangalore and post-graduation from SV University, he has completed certificate programmes in Leadership and NLP and has had the privilege of undergoing several other training programmes throughout his career.
He draws inspiration from the works of Stephen Covey, Paul Myers, Jon C Maxwell and Zig Ziglar. His Guru is a humble professor, Albert Selvanayagam, who has also inspired thousands of great minds in the country.
He has been a passionate Toastmaster for over 15 years and has been a part of a couple of reputed clubs besides having co-founded a well known club called Smedley Speakers Society. He has served as part of the executive committees at both the club, Area, Divisional levels.
While his favourite energisers are reading and listening to music, his strengths are a strong sense of integrity, good communication skills and passion.
