Joe is a Founding Partner at Winstream. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, also from the reputed St. Joseph’s institutions in Bangalore. He has also successfully completed the Trainer’s Training Program conducted by the TAP International Institute, Bangalore. His many years with leading corporate houses are highlighted with significant achievements in a wide range of senior positions. His last assignment was as the Regional Director – Corporate Real Estate (APAC) with a very large Global Brand. In his capacity, he has successfully headed various large projects and has led large teams on various challenging assignments.
Through his professional career, Joe has been a committed volunteer and has served in various boards and committees. He has been associated with various organizations in his personal capacity and has been actively involved in leading and guiding various programs directed towards spiritual direction and pastoral care. This combination of self discovery and hands-on Management experience makes him uniquely qualified to provide a holistic approach to modern day management.
Prakash Francis holds an engineering degree from NIT Rourkela and MBA from Madras University. He has over 18 years of varied experience in industries like Telecom, Banking, Engineering and Human Resources which he considers to be his true calling. He has extensive experience in working with Teams and in running a Profit center.
He balances his 60 hour work weeks dedicated to his Business pursuit with a host of parallel interests in photography, guitaring, travel and long distance running. He is an avid Reader mostly gorging on Non Fiction books ranging from Self Help, Biographies to Ancient history. He envisions Winstream to become a Top-10 Training Partner of choice for Corporates and Individuals across India.
